Who we are

What we collect and why
When you email or call us
We use your contact details and your message to reply and help with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you ask for before you buy.
When you buy on Etsy or eBay
The marketplace passes us the details we need to send your order — usually your name, delivery address and what you bought. We use them to fulfil the order (contract) and keep the records UK law requires (legal obligation). Etsy and eBay handle the rest of your data under their own privacy policies.
When you visit this website
Our server keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser, the page requested and the time — to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests). These logs are kept for about 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Who we share data with
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which hosts this website and its logs;
- our email provider, for the messages you send us;
- Etsy and eBay, for orders placed with them.
We don’t sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email contact@tztech.uk to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
