Returns and refunds

Bought on Etsy or eBay?

Start a return through the marketplace, or email us at contact@tztech.uk. Etsy’s and eBay’s buyer protection applies alongside this policy, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The 30 days run from the day you — or someone you name, other than the carrier — receive the goods.

To cancel, tell us clearly, for example by email to contact@tztech.uk.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order, and we don’t charge any fee for it.

Returning goods

Please return goods unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You pay the cost of sending them back and they travel at your risk, so we recommend an insured, tracked service. Send returns to:

Faulty or not as described

If a mould arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and in that case we cover the cost of returning it.
